Industrial Plants |

In today’s competitive environment, your equipment uptime can make the difference between keeping and losing customers. Proper lubrication of your equipment is absolutely critical for protecting your equipment and keeping it running efficiently. Managing spare parts inventory at industrial facilities is critical to the performance required of systems and equipment. Our parts management program, tailored to your industrial facility’s needs, supports the key business priorities of schedule, performance, budget, and reliability. Consider the impact of a failure of each type of equipment on production, quality, safety and the environment, as well as probability of the failure and its predictability. Parts stocking strategy is part of a wider risk management philosophy that estimates consequences of a failure to your production schedule and your overall business. Once the critical nature of the equipment is understood, what is your spares strategy, and what parts and supplies are most critical to your plant's uptime?

Construction Fasteners |

Structural construction requires fasteners made to specified strength and durability ratings. These fasteners include ASTM tension control bolts, ASTM heavy hex nuts and bolts, and ASTM structural flat washers. Specifications ASTM A325 and A490 specify the chemical and mechanical requirements of high strength heavy hex structural bolts with diameters from 0.5 inches through 1.5 inches. Specification F436 similarly covers hardened flat and beveled washers from 0.25 inches to 4 inches, and F959 specifies compressible washer type direct tension indicators in diameters from 0.5 inch through 1.5 inches. Contact us for all required construction fasteners, along with the preferred cutting tools to make your project a success.
Excavating and Earthmoving |

Earthmoving and grading crews excavate, haul and place earth materials to create roads, and to meet the contours required for a wide range of major improvements including residential subdivisions. If this is your business, let us keep your maintenance stop stocked with the hydraulic hose and fittings, fasteners and other small consumables to increase your team's efficiency. An excavator being used on a large job or project may miss routine maintenance checks. Closer attention to oil and filter changes, hose inspection and other maintenance tasks will prolong the life of your crew's equipment, but will save money and downtime in the long term. These service procedures are critical to maintain proper function of the track motors, engine, hydraulic system and air filters of the excavation equipment. We can establish vendor-managed inventory for your maintenance shop parts, allowing your service team to focus on the durability and integrity of your machines.
Fleet Service and Maintenance |

Your fleet service center allows you to choose the priorities and schedules of your vehicle services. Keeping your fleet properly maintained and on the road, and using your own shop for these services, are essential factors for your quality control, profitability, and reputation. Let us help you get your maintenance shop to the next level with vendor managed stocking of small "nuisance" items such as fasteners and fittings.
From hydraulic fittings to electrical wire and terminals, we have the tools and the inventory management initiative to keep your company vehicles rolling and to help you manage the costs. As your qualified mechanics perform critical services on your fleet vehicles, they will have access to well-stocked service parts and supplies, all inventory-managed with one consolidated order to STF.
